The Cosmati were an Italian family of architects who in the 13th century designed beautiful mosaic floors for cathedrals. The beautiful pattern on the Basilica is inspired from the well-made mosaic work of the Cosmati family. The Basilica's colorful colors together with the exquisite fragrance give a feeling of closeness to the sea and lovely flowers next to the coast of Italy.Basilica smells of aromatic incense and sweet flowers and contains base notes of oak, leather and amber.ILUM is a creation of Mark, David and Orla Van Den Bergh. It is an elite collection of scented candles and diffusers with bespoke fragrances presented in stunning porcelain holders with beautiful patterns. Each geometric pattern has a history in the family's Belgian heritage and has been handcrafted in the family's studio in Ireland since 1994.The wax in the candles contains only natural ingredients such as soybean wax, beeswax and coconut.Burning time: 600 hours
